Introducing best practice for reproducibility in government

There is an appetite to improve the reproducibility of quantitative analysis undertaken across government. Our team supports conversion regular publications into Reproducible Analytical Pipelines (RAP). To achieve this, we developed a roadmap work with analysts in our organisation and help them transform their pipelines build skills.
 An audit current RAP status all assisted resource allocation planning. The maturity evaluated on 7 criteria required reach minimum viable product (MVP) additional advanced as outlined by Analysis Function (AF). We use combination hands-on pair-coding teams, ad hoc code reviews, training sessions convert existing RAPs, while simultaneously upskilling analysts. have also guidance documentation share internally externally.
 Currently, out 73 publications, 12 reached MVP, average score 4.36 7. This scoring reassessed monthly, allowing us track progress real-time. Self-assessment technical skills increased between 43% 89% 97% said understanding principals improved because 77% they are now able implement best practice work. By working pipeline owners instead just refactoring directly, ensuring business resilience. in-depth knowledge maintain it present within team. Publishing methods, tools facilitates adoption for those without dedicated team.
